Missionary Support

We support a number of missionaries and mission organisations who work both within Australia (including among our Indigenous people) as well as beyond our shores in many capacities including aid development.

Global Interaction

Schools Ministry

Our church has a long tradition of sharing and caring in both primary and high schools in our region. Volunteers go into public schools to share religious instruction with children in many local schools. Volunteers find this an enriching and rewarding experience.

In high schools our church financially supports chaplains in schools who serve students in many ways including being a listening ear during the oft stressful teenage years.

We are sympathetic to the plight of homeless people in our beautiful city. An annual blanket appeal is conducted in May each year, before the harsh winter chills. Blankets are distributed to homeless people in Sydney and Parramatta through 'Hope Street' and the 'Jesus Cares for You' ministries.

We also support the work of 'Hope St' in Woolomooloo financially and in other practical ways such as preparing all their mail out material.

Persecuted Christians

Over 100 million christians are persecuted in our world simply because they believe in Jesus. Our church is supportive of groups who aim to minister to our persecuted brethren.

Prison Ministry

Once a year our church family prepares christmas present hampers for the children of prisoners. Around 80 children are remembered during this important family time in this practical loving way.
