Fellowship groups

Groups for fellowship, scripture study and social interaction are provided for all age groups. Whilst our worship services provide an entry point to our church family, it is the small groups where deep relationships and friendships are formed. It is here that spiritual depth and growth occur as we encourage and challenge one another. Newcomers to our church are therefore strongly encouraged to join a fellowship group.

Groups generally meet in people's homes at different times through the week.

English Classes

Do you have an friends/ neighbours from overseas who would like to improve/ learn to converse in English language?

English Classes are available on Tuesdays during school terms from 9:30am- 11:30am. A $2 donanation is requested for the lovely morning tea which is provided each week. The teachers are all qualified volunteers and the classes are informal and enjoyable.

The Group also hosts many planned events including Pot luck lunches and 'Internatonal Night' - an evening for showcasing individual talents, trying new foods and learning about different cultures.

Seniors (and SKI group)

Seniors are valued members of our community. Pastoral care and visitation is provided as required.

Once every 2 months, through our 'SKI' group, social outings and excursions are arranged which provides fellowship, friendship and opportunities for newer folk to connect.

Our church is deeply committed to the senior citizens of our wider community and this is exercised in compassionate serving and caring in a number of aged care homes such as Aminya, the Willows and BUPA.

WinC Women in Christ group is for women (18+)

Breakfasts, dinners, movie nights, fund raisers for charity. Recently a breast cancer awareness and fund raiser was a highly successful community wide event.

Every 18 months our ladies spend extended time with each other and Jesus over a retreat weekend.

Our women play a major role in all aspects our church family life and our community outreach.

Nursing Homes

Pastoral representatives from our church conduct a worship service at the Aminya aged care facility (Baulkham Hills) every Sunday morning. We also conduct a service at the Willows aged care home once a month and at BUPA Aged Care Home.

In addition, volunteers from our church serve our senior citizens in these and other homes during the week in other ways.

Anyone wishing to be enriched in serving in this way should contact our church office.

Anything involving food, sport and catching up blokey style. Men's breakfasts, watching popular sporting events together, a "boys and their toys" camp are favourites with our men.

Our men also help with church BBQ lunches and working bees.

Pastoral Assistance

Our church has a supportive network of pastors, elders, deacons, fellowship group leaders and other caring people to provide pastoral care and encouragement as required.
